SEICAA has many opportunities to serve the Southeastern Idaho community. Jobs at SEICAA range from part-time to full-time and from clerical to professional. We also have opportunities for people interested in temporary or seasonal work and students interested in work-study positions. What We Do The SouthEastern Idaho Community Action Agency (SEICAA) is one of nearly 1000 similar organizations across the country created during the "War on Poverty" by the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. Organizations such as this one serve more than 96% of the country's cities and counties by providing a real safety net for America's low-income persons and acting as a chief link between the poor and other sectors of society. For more than three decades, SEICAA has provided the region with a variety of anti-poverty programs. Some have disappeared as federal funds were reduced; others have become separate agencies. Today SEICAA continues to administer and develop programs responsive to the needs of elderly and low income people.
