General Information
SEICAA’s Affordable Housing program began in 1984 with the acquisition and rehabilitation of St. Anthony Place Hospital. Made possible through Section 8 Substantial Rehabilitation funds provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), it now operates as an 88 unit project offering independent living for low-income elderly (aged 62+ years old) and mobility impaired residents who require studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartments. Rent is calculated based on 30% of a tenant’s income with a minimum rent of $25.00/mo. Pets are allowed. Criminal and credit checks are performed.

UTILITIES: Utilities included in Rent (with exception for Telephone and Television Services)
