SEICAA accepting Request for Proposals for Audit Services

SEICAA is a nonprofit organization that serves seven counties in southeastern Idaho with its hub located in Pocatello, Idaho. SEICAA is a private nonprofit corporation that has been determined exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization is governed by a 12 member tripartite Board of Directors.

The successful bidder must be experienced in nonprofit fund accounting procedures and have expertise in conducting audits as required by Title 2 U.S. cod of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirement, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. SEICAA's 2016 revenues were $4,000,800 with assets of $7,000,000.
