Enables low-to-moderate income home owners to have a healthy, safe and secure living environment. Areas of rehabilitation include handicap ramps and accessories, dry wall, painting, doors, windows, finish carpentry, counter tops, floor coverings, porches, decks, awnings, insulation, general home safety inspection.

We also provide energy conservation services to income eligible households (see back of this page) such as elderly, low-income home owners and renters to make their homes more energy efficient. The program helps to increase energy efficiency by concentrating on the problems of heat loss and air infiltration and reducing heating bills. Examples of energy conservation weatherproofing repairs include: broken windows, insulation, caulking, and weather-stripping.
